The Stazzu Ajana is made partially with local stone, experts and attentive to local traditions and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a generously sized bathroom with a mini-pool, a double bedroom with adjoining walk-in closet, a very large mezzanine connected to the living room, a small closet-storage room and a room with bathroom and walk-in closet.

The swimming pool
The rectangular-shaped pool was positioned in the space towards the south inside the courtyard that forms between the buildings and the upstream slope; the positioning has been designed so that the pool and the perimeter relaxation areas are sheltered from the winds and have constant sunshine for several hours of the day. At the same time, the rectangular shape also extends beyond the volume of the house to allow you to see the sea from the water.
The pool has a very large entrance area with a water depth of 20 cm to be almost compared to the sea shore where people usually lie down to relax.
The Stazzu is located in the countryside of the Municipality of Aglientu and borders the panoramic road that leads from the town of Aglientu to the sea and rejoins the Provincial Road No. 5 about 4 km from the town and 5 km from the Vignola Mare beach.
The position of the “Stazzu” is very happy because from all the rooms of the house and from the large external verandas there is a wonderful view towards the north coast of Sardinia, which looks to the west of the island of Asinara and to the east of Capo Testa in Santa Teresa, the Corsican islands of Lavezzi and Cavallo and in front of the limestone cliff of Bonifacio.
