Nestled in the ancient countryside of Gallura, stazzi have, for centuries, embodied the heart beat of rural life, testimony to a simple essential way of living deeply connected to nature that is still evident today. Built from local stone and designed to seemlessly combine functionality and harmony  in the landscape, these dwellings have shaped the history of a unique territory, defined by shepherds, vineyards and rich in eloquent silence.

It consists of  three stazzi, totalling 300 square metres, skilfully renovated in typical Galluran style. The oldest structure dates back to 1700, standing as a testament to history and authenticity, perfectly integrated into the natural environment.

The Estate also includes  4.3 hectares of Vermentino di Gallura DOCG vineyards, with over 17,000 plants selected from four different clones, guaranteeing the quality and distinctive character of the product. Current average production is approximately 350 quintals of grapes per year, with the potential to yield more than 35,000 bottles annually. This offers the buyer the opportunity to create a personal wine label or to continue supplying local wineries.

The property extends to approximately 495 square metres of rural residential buildings, comprising two historic granite stazzi (traditional farmhouses), one stazzo constructed in 2005 as a faithful reconstruction of a former ruin, an agricultural outbuilding currently undergoing conversion to residential use, and an additional dwelling requiring renovation, with the possibility of reconstruction in an alternative location.
